Here is more news to all non informed thinkers and talkers: FD is healthy and not obsessed with crazy thinness, skin and bone. It’s normal to have a belly that protrudes after eating a good dinner. Not having that means you are either under eating or eating the wrong foods! The stomach is supposed to expand post feeding. It doesn’t make us fat. I believe our ripped bodies, satisfied appetite and healthy systems are what irritates the idiots without experience in what it takes to look like a million dollar race horse!!!!
